If you are interested in performing at The Lager House, please read the following!

Any band interested in playing the Lager House please e-mail us at lagerhousebooking@yahoo.com

Please include all of the following information in order to be considered for a show:

- a link to your website, MySpace page, or EPK, or other page with MP3s

- a list of the area venues you have played and area bands you have played with.

- what date(s) you are available to play.

Local Bands - if you've never played the Lager House before, you will likely be asked to play a weeknight or free show first. This will allow us to get a feel for your sound and your draw. If you draw well and are not too difficult to get along with, in all likelihood you will be asked back.

Touring Bands - Touring bands are welcome at the Lager House and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Of course, it is easier to get a show if you partner with a local band that draws well and complements your sound.

Any band - local or touring - that is booked at the Lager House should not have another show booked in the immediate area one week before, or after, their scheduled performance. Exceptions can be made at the venue's discretion.

Promotions - the Lager House will run show listings in both the Metro Times and Real Detroit on a weekly basis. The sooner we book the show, the sooner we can advertise it. Bands are responsible for any additional posters or press. Touring bands are encouraged to send posters for us to hang in the venue.

Payment - Bands split money collected at the door after the soundman and doorman (if applicable) have been compensated. Distribution of funds will be left to the band who booked the show (The more you draw, the more you make). There are no flat pay guarantees.

If you have sent an e-mail to our booking address and have not received a reply within one week's time, feel free to send a follow-up e-mail.

The Lager House is booked through JMC Booking & Promotions in cooperation with the owners and proprietors of the venue.

Finally, thank you for your interest in playing at The Lager House. We hope to work with bands and performers from many genres and styles in the years to come. All rules are flexible. We are open to suggestions and hope you bring your best to The Lager House.

Thanks and see you in the “D”
